Author Guidelines

The following guidelines outline the standards for manuscript preparation and submission to ensure academic quality, ethical compliance, and consistency with international scholarly publishing practices.

1. Scope and Eligibility

Manuscripts submitted must fall within the journal’s defined aims and scope and contribute original, significant, and methodologically sound research to the field of business and management.

2. Originality and Ethical Compliance

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • All manuscripts must comply with publication ethics as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) .
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions for copyrighted material and ethical approval where applicable.

3. Manuscript Types

The journal considers the following manuscript categories:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Studies

4. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should ensure the following basic requirements are met:

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and understandable English.
  • Word Limit: Maximum length is 8,000 words (excluding references, tables, and appendices).
  • Citations: All referencing must strictly follow the APA style.
  • Navigation: Page numbers and line numbers must be included throughout the document for ease of review.

5. Manuscript Structure & Formatting

Manuscripts must strictly adhere to the following technical and structural specifications:

6. Authorship and Contributions

  • All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the research.
  • Any changes to authorship after submission require editorial approval.
  • Conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed.

7. Submission and Editorial Process

  • All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and ethical compliance.
  • Manuscripts meeting preliminary requirements are sent for double-blind peer review.
  • Editorial decisions are final and based solely on scholarly merit.
